We Are The Ocean Signing!

Calling all hardcore band fans, We Are The Ocean are doing signings in our Blue Banana stores across the nation. As one of the UK’s leading post-hardcore rock bands, We Are The Ocean are taking the world by storm, supporting bands such as You Me At Six, The Used, Lostprophets and many other top artists in the music industry. After forming in 2007, the band shot to fame, mostly down to MySpace for their initial success. Creating music with a difference, their style is an influence among all young people wanting to generate rocks bands of their own. All signings are between 5pm and 6pm at most Blue Banana stores, so be sure to get your toosh over to see your favourite band in the flesh. We know that delivering what you have ordered is the most important thing we can do for you. We use Royal Mail Standard, Royal Mail First Class Signed For, Royal Mail Special Delivery (for Next Day Deliveries) and Royal Mail Airsure (for overseas orders)

In the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, N Ireland & Channel Islands)

Blue Banana aim to ship your order to you within 24 hours of it being placed regardless of the postage method chosen by you. If we don’t have an item in stock, we will try to order it in for you, this could delay the shipping time of your order. If we cannot reorder an out of stock item for you, we will contact you by e-mail so that you have the option to choose an alternative, a credit note or have a refund on that item.

Allowances should be made for orders placed during weekends or National holidays such as Easter, Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays.

The website is updated daily and everything that is online is in stock, unless someone has ordered the last one just before you place your order. We will try and reorder any out of stock items in for you, please see above for more information.

For our UK customers we offer as Standard Delivery the Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Service*. We also offer the option to have your order sent out on a Next Day Delivery Service (please see below for the conditions of this service)

Standard Delivery

*Blue Banana standard delivery orders are sent using Royal Mails 1st Class Signed For Service. A signature is required upon receipt of your parcel being delivered. This service should normally take 1 to 3 working days to arrive at your door. If you are out when delivery is made a card will be posted through your letterbox and your parcel will be taken back to your local sorting office. Royal Mail allow you a week to rearrange delivery or for you to collect your parcel from the sorting office, if you fail to do this the parcel will be sent back to us. An extra charge could occur for us to resend your parcel*

After this time we can make a claim with Royal Mail for non delivery
Postage and packing for standard delivery is £3.50

Special Delivery (Next Day)

Blue Banana uses Royal Mail Special Delivery for your next day orders. This service ensures you will receive your parcel before 1pm the day after you place your order (please see below for the conditions of next day delivery) A signature is required upon receipt of your parcel being delivered. This service is trackable, please contact the Customer Services Team if you would like your tracking number. If you are out when delivery is made, a card will be left to instruct you what to do.

Conditions of placing a next day order
For next day delivery you need to place your order before midday.(Please see below for T&C’s on unavailable items)

If you place an order after midday on a Friday your order will be packed and shipped on a Monday therefore delivery will be made on the Tuesday.(Please see below for T&C’s on unavailable items)
Next day orders shipped on a Friday ie: Orders placed between midday Thursday and midday Friday will be packed and sent on a Friday, these orders will usually be delivered on Monday. (Please see below for T&C’s on unavailable items)

If you require items for a weekend we recommend you place an order using our Next Day Service before midday on Thursday. (Please see below for T&C’s on unavailable items)

If you place a Next Day Delivery Order that includes any out of stock items they will follow on at a later date. The available items will be sent out on the Next Day Delivery Service.

If all of your order is unavailable for Next Day Delivery we will contact you by e-mail or phone to inform you. You will be given an estimated time for the items to come back into stock if we can reorder and the option to choose an alternative, wait for your required items or cancel your order.

If you decide on an alternative or to wait for your order to come into stock they will be shipped using the Next Day Delivery Service.
